Certificates of Compliance are provided in respect to new and existing properties, both domestic and non domestic. Such Certificates are normally sought by lending institutions prior to extending mortgages on properties as part of the buying and selling process.

Certificates of Compliance with Planning confirms that the building complies with the Planning Conditions associated with the Grant of Permission.

Certificates of Compliance with Building Regulations confirms that the building complies with the Building Regulations issued under the Building Control Act 1990 and 2007.

Provision of Certificates of Compliance normally involve an inspection of the property, recording of layout details, inspection of the planning files at the Local Authority Office.
